Located in Tampa, FL
Lover of coffee, chocolate, and books. Enjoys travel within the U.S. and abroad. Most recently traveled to Finland, England, and San Juan, PR.
Many years of experience in handcrafting, including embroidery, counted cross stitch, crochet, and sewing. Just beginning to learn about quilting. This knowledge of handcrafts provides a unique perspective on how high quality needlework products should look, including color and texture.
I particularly enjoy nature and wildlife photography. Some of the artists who inspire me include Eliot Porter for his birds; and, Nick Brandt, Joe Sartore and Timothy Flach through their work with rare and endangered species.

If my images have a mission, it is this: to highlight the beauty and surprise found in nature and through her creations. Birds, butterflies, and bees in motion or at rest illustrate the simplicity and complexity of the natural world through their lines, colors, and patterns. Flowers and plants echo the curves and spirals, colors and motions we see in our daily lives. Photography offers me the medium to share fleeting moments captured in time and space.
